1. Deal with incoming sales enquiries and sell in our range of products, providing guidance to prospective clients
2. Carry out desk based / telephone research to identify potential new prospects/clients and contact them to sell Take 1’s services
3. Manage a set of new prospects/clients with a focus on generating leads and making sales appointments for the CEO/sales team and closing deals
4. Follow and achieve a set of sales goals managed on a monthly basis
5. Maintain and manage our CRM with up to date client information, and log details of all communication with clients on CRM
6. Develop relationships and follow up with clients to check they had a positive customer experience
7. Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team
8. Gather industry knowledge and intel on M&E market trends, competitors, Take 1 positioning, upcoming productions, key industry appointments, etc
9. Communicate regularly with Production team regarding interested prospects, upcoming jobs and client feedback.
10. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, and contribute towards ideas around marketing initiatives, and creation and updating of marketing collateral

•Experience or interest in the TV production and distribution process
•Good mental arithmetic with ability to quickly calculate percentages, multiplications, etc
•English mother tongue and excellent verbal and written skills
